Datalogic Consultants Ltd presents a new product for Car Rental Brokers. This product consists of two separated modules - a desktop and an internet application - which are used together to provide a great tool. The purpose of this product is to provide an online car hire reservation facility for customers such as travel agents or even individual travellers in order to optimize the brokers workflow and ease the reservation process for the customers.

The Internet application is used by the travel agents to place car hire reservations for their clients. They may select among a variety of models, suppliers and other features of the car. As soon as the reservation is placed a number of automated procedures are triggered and as a final step the customer receives a confirmation, a voucher and a proforma invoice of the reservation.

The desktop application handles all reservations entered into the system as well as the internet reservations. It can be used as a stand alone application or even working in conjunction with the internet application. It provides all necessary tools for the reservation administrator and various analysis reports.
